Twin Drum Smooth Drum Rollers

A twin drum roller is ideal for efficient and even compaction of a range of materials, including asphalt, soil, sand and gravel, making them a versatile choice for construction, roadworks and infrastructure projects.

Compared to their single drum equivalents, dual drum rollers provide more even coverage of a selected area. By compacting the underlying material using rollers at both the front and rear of the machine, the dual drum design creates a smoother surface than a single drum roller which is more suitable for uneven surfaces.

Dual drum rollers can be used to compact soil on mild inclines. However, steeper gradients may require more specialised equipment, or additional traction aids, to maintain safety.
