Headers Hire

A header skid extends the reach of a commercial HVAC system using a number of different components. In addition to the supply and return headers, they feature pumps and balancing valves which control the flow of liquid or gas and monitoring equipment such as flow meters and pressure gauges. The entire setup is mounted on a skid that can be easily transported by a forklift.

Headers can be used in both temporary and permanent HVAC setups. In non-permanent systems, hiring a HVAC header provides a cost-effective way of delivering precise cooling and heating fluids to a range of areas around a building or complex.

Our header skids feature pressure release valves and emergency shut-off systems which can be triggered in the event of an emergency. To best protect the header and your other HVAC equipment, continually monitor the temperature and pressure of all devices connected to the unit and respond to any anomalies.
